Why We Love Good Food
Who doesn’t love good food? We all have our favorites. My husband likes anything fried! But it’s important to balance what you enjoy eating with the nutrients your body needs in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Diabetes, heart disease, cancer, kidney disease, autoimmune conditions, and weight loss all can be managed in part by what we eat. Food is like medicine!
I believe healthy eating should feel joyful, not stressful. That’s why I mix evidence-based nutrition with everyday practicality. I won’t tell you that you can never have a cheeseburger again. And no, you don’t have to only eat kale. You and I work together, in a partnership, to find creative ways to eat the foods that you love, swap for healthy and delicious, get in the vegetables, and feel great.
Who I Am
Hi!
My name is Amy Crawford and I hold a master’s degree in Nutrition and Integrative Health and a Certified Nutrition Specialist candidate. I also hold a certificate as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. It’s amazing how much what we eat, how much we exercise, how well we sleep, and how much stress we are under affect all aspects of our health.
Whole Health Integrative Nutrition isn’t just a business—it’s a reflection of what I believe in. As a busy working mom, I always have a lot going on and so I also have to set goals that manage my weight and my stress. Life happens, and it’s easy to get distracted from taking care of ourselves. So, I’m right here in the trenches with you! I am looking forward to working along side you to help you reach your health goals!
